What does this mean?

Analytics can process page visits, device information and referral sources. Deal analytics use a one-day af_visitor browser cookie to estimate daily unique browsers. Browser, device, language and referring site are recorded. For public IP addresses, the existing GeoPlugin service may provide approximate country/city; raw IP addresses are not stored in our visitor records. Detailed legacy deal tracking may use a one-day d_tracking_ cookie. Without permission, these tools are not loaded. Aggregate retailer-link counts do not use tracking cookies.
